IMPORTANT
1. For any eyeglass update (SV1), you must have a a written copy of the previous prescription or the current eyeglasses before any service can be performed by Mobileyez.
2. For any contact lens update (SV-1), you must have either a current copy of your contact lens prescription or your contact lens boxes with the prescription on them before any service can be performed by Mobileyez.
